Can I haul concrete or heavy rock?
Absolutely. The PJ D7 is rated for 14,000 lbs GVWR specifically for heavy material. The 7-gauge steel floors handle concrete blocks, rip-rap, gravel, and demolition rubble without issue.
Is there a spare tire included?
Yes — a spare tire is mounted and included with every rental. Our 2026 units are maintained before each rental so you're rolling on good rubber.
How does contactless pickup work?
Once your booking is confirmed on Neighbors Trailer, you'll receive a private PIN code. Use it to open the key lockbox at the pickup location — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What hitch size do I need?
The PJ D7 uses a standard 2-5/16" ball hitch. Your tow vehicle should have a minimum 14,000 lb tow rating. 3/4-ton and 1-ton pickups (F-250, Ram 2500, Silverado 2500+) are ideal.
